The firm’s practice leader, Rachel Bunbury, is licensed to practice law in Ontario and the State of New York. She is experienced in preparing immigration applications under Canadian legislation, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), as well as other international trade agreements. Ms. Bunbury has served as immigration counsel for financial institutions, accounting firms, software and technology businesses, engineering and construction corporations, and Fortune 500 companies.
Due to her keen interest in international affairs, Ms. Bunbury holds both a Masters of Law and a Masters of Comparative Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario. While in law school, Ms. Bunbury completed an internship at the United Nations Secretariat in New York. Ms. Bunbury is currently a member of the Governance Committee for the United Nations Association in Canada, Toronto Branch.
Ms. Bunbury also serves as a Designated Representative for Pro Bono Ontario’s Unaccompanied Minors Project.
